Welcome to Integrant Services!

Before we start working together we want to make sure we’re the “right fit” for you. Because we only work with a small number of clients at a time, we want to be completely sure we can help you before we get the ball rolling.

We promise this won’t take long! It will help you to get to know us and vice versa. If you don’t have time to complete this in one sitting, you can click on the “save and finish later” button below.

When you’re done, you will receive a copy of your answers in your email, and we’ll get a copy too. Then, we’ll set up a Discovery Call with you to discuss the possibility of taking you on as a client.

About us & working with us:

Business Hours*
We are a 2-person (husband & wife) team, not an agency. We are excellent at what we do, with over 40 years of combined experience! The advantage to that is personal service where every client is known by name and every project is a custom solution.

We DO need some work-life balance, so we maintain general business hours (M-F: 9AM – 5PM US Central time) and take time off for holidays. Of course, there are exceptions and other details we will share if you have questions.

Communication Requirements*
Because we are a 2-person team, we utilize a support ticket system to manage ALL customer communications. It helps us to be timely with client questions and support requests. In general, we do not accept phone calls/texts/DMs, etc. and require that all inquiries be submitted through our support email address.

Mutual Respect*
We approach all our clients as equals. You are the expert on your business, and we are the expert of ours. For that reason, we don’t respond to “fire and forget” kinds of requests. We expect our clients to be active participants in their business, responding to our follow-ups in a timely manner, and respecting the business practices we have in place to run our business.

Technology & Design Style

Blogging Platforms*
There are a lot of different blogging/web platforms out there. We work exclusively with Self-hosted WordPress as our technology platform. If you don’t know what that means, we can explain in more detail on our Discovery Call.

We DON’T create or manage sites on platforms like Blogger, Typepad, Wix, Squarespace, etc. (but we can transfer your site from those platforms to Self-hosted WordPress!) If you want to know why, just ask during our call.

I understand that you only design/maintain on Self-hosted WordPress sites:
Design Approach*
We can create in a range of styles. Nicole is our Graphics Designer. She’s not an illustrator, but she creates custom logos and designs starting with stock graphics and manipulating the files to your custom look.

We want to create a cohesive brand identity for your business, blending current design trends with a logo that will remain relatively timeless.

Here’s a little about our design approach:
- We create 2-column or full-page designs that are mobile friendly (responsive design).
- Logo/brand identities are CLEAN text-based designs with graphics that support your line of business or online identity.
- Supporting graphics will match your brand, and are interesting, but not cookie-cutter.

Project Cost, Timing, & Your Involvement

A typical design package starts at $600, and does not include graphics. However all work is thoroughly discussed and quoted as a custom solution for each client.

Because we only work with a small number of clients at a time, we manage an active waitlist of 3 – 6 months.

I can work with that timeline:
Questionnaires*
To keep costs reasonable, we require thorough and timely input from our clients. We will ask you to complete a series of questionnaires for your site setup before we start work on your site. This will start coming your way approximately 2 months prior to your set start date.

I will be ready to provide you with all the info you need when you need it:
Ticketing System*
Site design project communications are managed exclusively through our support ticketing system (e-mail). Over the past 6 years, this system has proved to be very effective. On rare occasions, a phone call may be necessary to iron out a detail or two that doesn’t translate well through email.

Our 1:1 training sessions are conducted through a screen-sharing system like Zoom (no need to turn on your video though!).
