Maintenance Plan Subscribers:
We want to help everyone, but your maintenance service level will dictate what support is included free of charge.
All plans include weekly updates to Plugins, Themes, and WordPress Core.
- Silver: Problems only (site not working normally). We’ll respond within 48 business hours.
- Gold: Problems, questions, and “Can you do this for me?” are included in your 30 minutes with us every month. We’ll respond within 24 business hours.
- Platinum: Problems, questions, and “Can you do this for me?” are included in your 60 minutes with us every month. We’ll respond within 24 business hours.
Any request that doesn’t fall within your plan, or the allotted time, may be charged at our standard hourly rate. As of today, that rate is $60/hr.
