We had grand plans to simplify our business (and lives) by moving to an all-in-one solution for CRM, Project Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Marketing. We reviewed over 100 solutions, tested 12, and even paid for and implemented one. We ran into one small problem:
None of them worked as well as we thought they would.
Too expensive or too hard to work with. Too slow or not reliable. Missing required features. You name it, we found issues with all of them.
Suffice to say, we’re back to normal. What we have right now is working, so we’re sticking to it. For now.
